Fees

• All room rates are inclusive of breakfast ;

• The local tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is not included and is payable in respect of each person of 13 years of age or more ;

• The room rates shown are based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged at the following rates:

  • 25 euros per person under 12 years of age,

  • 35 euros per person aged 12 years of more

• There is no charge for children under 2 years of age.

Deposit

• A deposit equal to 25% of the total cost of the reservation is required at the time the reservation is made. This amount can be paid by way of a cheque (drawn in euros on a French national clearing bank) in favour of “Logis Des Maraichers”, or alternatively by credit/debit card or Chèque Vacances.

• Confirmation of the reservation will only be issued upon receipt of the required deposit.

Payment in Full

• Payment of the balance of the total cost of the reservation is due on acceptance of the room;

• All charges incurred during the stay will be invoiced to the client at the end of the stay.

Cancellation

• Any deposit paid will only be returned to the client in case of cancellation made not less than 1 calendar month before the first day of the relevant reservation. Such cancellation must be made in writing and by letter sent by recorded delivery;

• In the case of the number of days of a reservation being reduced by the client, the balance of the full reservation fee shall be payable, save where such notification is given as outlined in the immediately preceding paragraph;

Acceptance and Vacation of Rooms

• Each reservation is held until 7.00pm on the first day. All clients should notify us in advance if they plan to arrive after this time;

• Each room is available from 5.00pm, however if the room is available before this time we will endeavour to notify you by SMS;

• Each room must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.

Animals

• Animals are not accepted.
